It is situated on the 3rd floor of a magnificent old classic Florentine-styled building in the historical center, very close to the central train station of Firenze S. Maria Novella (100 m, only 3 minutes walk), nearby the Exhibition Center of Fortezza da Basso, and in front of the Congress Center and the Business Center. The hotel is very near the wonderful Church of S. Maria Novella, the Medici Chapels and the traditional Market of San Lorenzo, next to the marvellous Church of San Lorenzo. Moreover, it's only few minutes walk from the most important museums and monuments of Florence: Uffizi Gallery (the Offices), Ponte Vecchio (the Old Bridge), Palazzo Vecchio (the Old Palace), Accademia Gallery Museum, Duomo (the Cathedral) and Cupola of Brunelleschi (the famous Florence Dome), Giotto's Tower, Baptistery, S. Croce Church, Bargello museum, Dante Alighieri's house (the most important Italian poet), Pitti Palace, Church of S. Spirito, Church of Orsammichele, Church of S. Marco. In the vicinity, you can also find shops and stores from very famous fashion designer labels (Ferragamo, Gucci, Roberto Cavalli, ecc.), and boutiques of great leather handicraftsmen, irresistible wine shops and traditional and typical restaurants. The hotel has an elevator and all rooms are equipped with private bath, shower, A/C, telephone, minibar, and satellite TV. There is a nice terrace on the roof with a marvellous view on the city. On request, it's possible to get rooms with balcony. Still on request, it's possible to arrange wine-and-food tours in Florence and in Tuscany countryside.
