Our hotel is a very interesting place to stay, since it gives the tourist the opportunity to visit the most beautiful city in the world, without spending a huge amount of money. Indeed our aim is to sell as many rooms as we can, by offering rates which are highly competitive compared to other hotels in Venice. Our well-furnished rooms are equipped with a balcony, air conditioning, TV, telephone and hairdryer. The private bathrooms (with a shower or bath) are either en-suite or located on the same floor. The communal bathrooms are shared with other rooms on the same floor. The rooms are distributed over four floors (without a lift at the moment) and we do have 3 rooms on the ground floor. In order to make your holiday in Venice better and better, we have built a new breakfast room and installed wireless internet access. This is the right place for people who want to discover our city by spending their nights in a very quiet street, whilst at the same time being only a couple of meters from the rail station and the 'Lista di Spagna', a road full of life and entertainment.
