Completely rebuilt in 1998, its name stems from the water powered elevator (19th century) that still works nowadays. With 22 double rooms, the customers can take advantage of a total privacy and an exclusive service. All rooms have a bathroom with hairdryer, direct phone, air-conditioning, mini bar and satelite TV. This hotel is also famous for its panoramic restaurant, which can serve up to 120 people.
