The Hotel Locanda Le Monache takes its name from a monastery of Carmelitan sisters (1590-1901) which was located adjacent to the property. The hotel is situated in the historic centre of Camaiore. The locanda, founded in 1923 as a refreshment place for wayfarers and pilgrims, was recently refurbished from the Bertozzi family which manages the property since four generations and will be glad to welcome you in the antique and charming atmosphere of its interiors. The sea is only 6 km from the hotel, while the mountains and the artistic cities are in the immediate proximity. This is the perfect place to enjoy the various and the most enchanting cultural sites and attractions of Versilia. On-site amenities include a restaurant, a cafeteria, a reading lounge which can be used as meeting room, an Internet Point and a front desk open until midnight with fax service and newspapers.
