Darioli Swiss Quality Hotel is a family hotel built in 1964 by Gaston and Annie Darioli-Graven. Since 1989, it's owned by their daughter Marie-Thérèse. It is a small hotel with 24 unique rooms. The property has been renovated recently and is located in the center of Zermatt. Children up to 6 years free of charge. Zermatt in the Canton of Valais in the southern part of Switzerland - a paradise for skiers with snow guarantee. The picturesque mountain village at the foot of the majestic Matterhorn is nowadays one of the most important summer and winter tourist resorts. Horse-sleighs, carriages and electric vehicles are the only means of transport allowed here - a world without cars! With its wind-protected southern location, Zermatt embraces three skiing areas which offer superb snow conditions and the longest skiing season in the Alps. 246 km/153 miles of ski runs from easy to difficult and an extensive network of 74 transport facilities guarantee an extraordinary skiing adventure. This white wonderland offers endless opportunities for ski tours and a vast variety of winter sports and is a hikers' paradise in summer.
