Our Hotel is situated at 900 Meters Altitude - the origin of resinous scents of the forest and summer. Clean air, peace and quiet and a beautiful environment on top of the world - here you find highest comfort, first class service, Austrian hospitality and our Gault-Millau graded restaurant. Everywhere you look you see luscious meadows, healthy farmland and in the midst of it all lies Igls with a population of about 1200. There is something for everyone: a marsch, a lake and 50 kilometers of well marked hiking trails. Also the hiking-trail begins at the Sporthotel and takes you from meadow to meadow passing century old stone pines. The first part you attack with your mountain bike. Then you enjoy the breathtaking view back over the valley from the chairlift.
