The very elegant and charming Locanda dello Spuntino Hotel is situated in the historic centre of Grottaferrata, within metres of the age-old St. Nilo's Abbey. During the sixties, the Fortini family utilised their grandfather Aclide's cellar to open the Taverna dello Spuntino, a restaurant which inspired the entire family, third generation included. The hotel was later created to complete the high level of hospitality and service offered. It features 10 delightful guestrooms and suites, each carefully decorated with antique terracotta floor tiles, rich wood finishes, gorgeous fireplaces, travertine marble bathrooms featuring splendid mosaics, soft tones and natural fabrics to create elegance, warmth and comfort.
