The Hollins Hey is a privately owned Hotel comprising of 13 en suite double rooms most of which have magnificent views over Liverpool Bay. This splendid Victorian Villa is full of character, no more so than in our traditional restaurant with its crisp linen, cut glass and fresh flowers. Our international Chefs have prepared one of the largest A La Carte selections in Merseyside in addition to our famous 5 course Table DHote menu priced at 17.95 Our cocktail lounge (which is only used by our discerning dinner guests and residents) is an ideal meeting place to meet friends and colleagues with its open fire and grand piano.
