Description:
A modern, detached, no-smoking guest house residence, built in the early 1980's, in a tree-lined side-street, a short walk from York's old centre, with private car parking and garaging for cycles and motorbikes. We are situated just off the main York to Hull road (A1079), close to York University and Business Science Park and the Barbican Leisure Centre. Quiet dogs are welcome by arrangement. All rooms are non-smoking. Rates include full-choice breakfast cooked-to-order. Saturday night-only bookings are not available on this system. NOTE THAT THE LATEST CHECK-IN IS 10 P.M. PLEASE NOTE - we are closed from mid-December until early April, there will be availability for bookings from the beginning of March for 2006.
