The luxurious one hundred year old 3 star hotel has been completely renovated to ensure its reputation as Southends finest hotel is maintained well into the new Millennium. We have been awarded a prestigious silver award by The English Tourist Board and have an AA 3 star rating in excess of over 70%. Our fully air conditioned restaurant, which is open daily offers an excellent variety of fine cuisine, from table dhote and extensive a la carte menus to the specials of the day. At the weekend the ambiance of the restaurant is further enriched by the performances of our resident pianist. We have a well stocked bar which boasts an extensive wine list.
