Located in residential area of the city, a few minutes from the center and only 50 metres away from the beach San Juan Playa and 300 m. away from the Golf course Alicante Golf .In the area you can find comercial centers, restaurants, pubs. Public buses in fron the hotel to donwtown, at 15km away from the airport and 30km from thematic park 'Terra mitica' and etc...You can enjoy to the sports, relax, bussiness. All rooms have been recently redecorated and equipped with full bathroom, spacious balconies , satellite TV, telephone, internet connection, safe deposit box and the majority have sea views. All rooms have air-conditioning and central heating . Twon floors of the hotel will be closed for refurbishment for approx. one month as of the 1st April 2005.
