This hotel is ideally situated for the city centre either by use of the frequent bus service or a brisk 1 mile walk. For dining, there is a wide choice of bars, cafes and fine restaurants within a couple of minutes walk of the Hotel. Free WiFi Internet Access. Thrums is constructed from two large Georgian houses; many of the rooms retaining fine period features and are all tastefully decorated to a high standard. The hotel is located on the leafy south side of city centre near to many local amenities including the Royal Commonwealth swimming pool, University, as well as Holyrood Park and Palace and the Edinburgh Castle. To see Edinburgh at its best it is advisable to leave the car in our private car park.
