In March 2005, Eirian and Jason Jones along with Kelvin Clayton - all experienced hoteliers and restaurateurs - took on the refurbishment of the Wynnstay Arms to bring it into the 21st century and develop a unique venue in the town of Ruthin, offering 6 en-suite rooms. PLEASE NOTE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED IN ALL RATES.WE DO NOT OFFER COOKED BREAKFAST. Jason is also the head chef and now oversees a contemporary brassiere-style restaurant and a café bar serving coffees, lunches, dinners, wines and beers. IN NOVEMBER 2005, FUSIONS BRASSERIE WAS AWARDED A ROSETTE AND THE WYNNSTAY ARMS WAS AWARDED 4 DIAMONDS FOR THE QUALITY OF THE ACCOMMODATION.
