Walking the 97 steps up our nearly 400-year old staircase you realize that the Apartments are 'Living History. But worry not as our concierge and porter carry all luggages on our guests behalf. FAMILIES and LARGE GROUPS find us to be fantastic value as each apartment sleeps min 4 persons. BUSINESS TRAVELLERS enjoy the space, privacy and business facilities. We ensure you can enjoy the comfort of a second home in the best location in Edinburgh. INDEPENDENT COUPLES who desire a little more privacy and intimacy than a hotel room return again and again to explore Medieval Edinburgh. Check-in/ Check-out Check-in and key collection for the apartments is at Scottish Apartment shop/reception located at: 491 Lawnmarket, The Royal Mile, and Edinburgh, EH1 2NT, Scotland. Please call prior to arrival to arrange key collection if you are arriving outside of the normal opening hours. Check in time is between 15:00 and 22:30 We do offer a complimentary luggage storage facility prior to 15:00 if so required. Check out time is 10:00. Late checkouts can be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge on duty at time of check-in. There is a fee for this service of 10 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1400 hrs. We do also offer a complimentary luggage storage facility after checkout. Edinburgh is a city that is full of Stairs and Hills. Please be aware that some off the apartments are situated where climbing some steps will be required
