The hotel was built over and old morabito (a Muslim convent) by the Bohorquez family, Marqueses de los Trujillos, in the year 1616. In the restaurant, situated between floors, crowed with and impressive moulded ceiling, you will enjoy the tastiest dishes of Mediterranean gastronomy, which like the whole monastery survived throughout the ages.
