Today the Hotel Congress offers modern comfort and it is situated near the Schloß Belvedere (castle), Arsenal and Schweizer Garten, vis à vis the train station 'Vienna South'. We are a centrally located 3 stars hotel. The Hotel was built in 1900 as the HOTEL RIVA, and has hosted many famous guests. One of the guests was Franz Kafka who met Milena here in 1917 (Letters to Milena).
