With two big parks next door and the green \vineyard district\ of Grinzing only one mile away, what could be more ideal? The Hotel Park-Villa is an original Jugenstil-building built in 1888, during the times of the \Art Nouveau\. This privately family run hotel offers an excellent service with old Viennese charm and style. All rooms offer modern international 4 star comfort, such as private bath/shower, hairdryer, Sat-TV, radio, telephone, data-access (wireless lan-connection) and mini-bar. Most rooms have adjoining balconies. Our in-house sauna is open daily for our guests. A rich Breakfast-Buffet, afternoon tea, coffee and cake are served in our salon and garden. Our conference room allows one to hold seminars and meetings for up to 18 persons.
