...3-generations of hotel-experience. The hotel is situated on Blankenberg?s most beautiful avenue, 75m from the beach, casino, railway-station and the shopping-centre. Not withstanding its central position, the location is peaceful and sunny at the rear of the seafront and between the city-centre beach and dunes. The well-known Sea life marine park is only an 8 minute walk as are also the indoor-swimming-pool (with heated seawater), the miniature golf course, the Sandsculpture festival and the crazy bicycle track. The hotel has 29 luxurious rooms (some with connecting doors) and 4 junior-suites. All rooms have bathroom on suite, television, telephone and safe (free of charge). All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the lounge and bar. Every morning we offer an elaborate breakfast buffet in our romantic breakfast room and of course a friendly and efficient service by our permanent staff. There?s also the possibility to reserve your 4-course diner in hotel Malecot situated 4 minutes from hotel Avenue (18 Euro per person and minimum 3 night stay). The hotel Malecot and hotel Avenue have the same management. The hotel has garage-boxes and closed parking spaces (14 Euro per night), these can only be booked by phone or on arrival (spaces are limited). We also offer free bicycle and motorbike parking. The hotel has recently been awarded a recognition label as bicycle-friendly hotel by the Flemish Tourist Board. Excellent value for money and judged the best hotel of all the hotels in Blankenberge by Booking?s clients. The hotel has a 3-star rating. We don?t accept groups where the majority are all man or all women.
